Bob Knight is out
Tuesday, February 5th, 2008So now that Bob Knight has gone from the scene, the entire audience good riddance may arise and to exalt his departure, saying that the only problem is that it comes too late.
But you know what it says here? It is a sad day in sports. That’s right - a sad day. And before you start on rabies and the players and the stifling of launch and put chairs in the dustbins of humans, let alone how college basketball is interesting this morning than it was there 24 hours.
About 15 or 20 years ago, when Knight was coach for only 20 or 25 years, guys like him began to be replaced by basketball in a college coaches whose idea of success was the signing of a wholesale time to recruit after obtaining a street to put an officer bag of money on the kid’s doorstep.
